- It never sends anything on its own.It writes the draft. You read it and send it yourself.
- It never moves money.It can tell you who owes what. Charging, paying and refunding stay with you.
- Your files stay on your computer.They live in folders you own. The AI reads them to answer you, through your own Claude account. If you stop the upkeep, you keep the system.
- It says what it checked and what it guessed.Every answer has a "How I know" you can open.
- It changes a rule only when you say so.It can suggest one. You decide.
How the real one differs from this demo
- This page is scripted. It knows a handful of questions and three sample messages, and it forgets everything when you leave. The real system reads your actual files, so you can ask it anything they cover, and it remembers.
- The folders, rules and routines are set up around how you already work. Most start with one to three areas, like leads, jobs or money.
- It runs in Claude Code on your own computer, on your own Claude plan.
Custom systems start at a $500 build fee plus $50 a month. That covers one or two areas, a 60 minute training session, and a monthly review with improvements. You pay for your own Claude plan, about $20 a month.
